Ben DeMateo continued his hot streak on Wednesday by dropping his eighth-straight game with at least one stolen base. He went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Clemente back in March of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. DeMateo is becoming a predictor of Farragut's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 11-1 (and 4-5 when he doesn't).
