Byron's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Academy of Holy Angels, their victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

Byron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Kasson-Mantorville on the 13th. As for Academy of Holy Angels, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Delano on the 13th.
