Baseball Recap: Aurora Christian Takes a Loss

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Aurora Christian was a bit more limited in their matchup on Thursday. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hendersonville Commandos.

Aurora Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaleb Elwood, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Aurora Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Hendersonville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-9 record this season.

Aurora Christian has already played their next contest, a 12-3 loss against Watertown on the 17th. As for Hendersonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 4-2 defeat against Goodpasture Christian on the 17th.
