Volleyball Recap: Battle Mountain Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Battle Mountain entered their tilt with Valley on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Battle Mountain's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sky Gwin, who had 19 assists and four digs. Gwin is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

Battle Mountain's win bumped their record up to 18-3. As for Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-15.
