Volleyball Recap: Pima Takes a Loss

Pima came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the San Tan Charter Roadrunners, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Roughriders in their meetings with the Roadrunners: they've now lost three in a row.

While Pima was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 25-14.

Pima's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for San Tan Charter, they pushed their record up to 20-1 with the win, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Pima nor the Roadrunners have any future games scheduled.
