Archbishop Carroll had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 9-4 win over Little Flower Catholic for Girls. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Little Flower Catholic for Girls, too.

Emily Russ was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple. Camryn Hannon was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Archbishop Carroll's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Little Flower Catholic for Girls, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Archbishop Carroll will head out to square off against Gwynedd Mercy Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Little Flower Catholic for Girls, they will venture away from home to take on Lansdale Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
