Football Game Preview: Peddie Falcons vs. Lawrenceville School Big Red

Peddie is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Saturday. They will venture away from home to face off against the Lawrenceville School Big Red at 7:00 p.m. Peddie is looking for their season's first win.

On Saturday, Peddie was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 19-14 to Germantown Academy.

Although Peddie took the loss, they still got scores from Jeremiah Davis and Lorenzo Barone.

Meanwhile, Lawrenceville School posted their closest victory since September 7, 2024 on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, sneaking past 23-20.

The win got Lawrenceville School back to even at 2-2. As for Peddie, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Peddie ended up a good deal behind Lawrenceville School in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, losing 28-13. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
