They took a 55-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Michigan Lutheran Seminary Cardinals on Monday. When it comes to explaining why St. Charles lost, don't look at Nicole Zelinko. Despite the final result, she posted 16 points along with five boards and four steals. Zelinko is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in each of the last three games she's played dating back to last season. Meanwhile, Michigan Lutheran Seminary is set to square off against their familiar foe Nouvel Catholic Central at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
