Football Recap: Terrance Mccormick Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Havelock + How To Watch

New Bern barely beat Havelock the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bears were the clear victors by a 28-7 margin over the Rams on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Rams: they've now won six in a row.

New Bern got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Terrance McCormick out in front who threw for 354 yards and three TDs while completing 77.3% of his passes, and also punched in one rushing score. Those 354 passing yards gave McCormick a new career-high. Ozell Brimmer was McCormick's top target, picking up 97 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

New Bern's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Havelock, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
