Softball Recap: South Sevier Rams vs. Beaver Beavers
South Sevier proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 22) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Beaver Beavers 3-2. The game was the first time the Rams have beaten the Beavers on their field since April 22, 2015.
Kloe Donohue made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run.
Donohue wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Navey Lindsay, who went 1-for-4 with one home run. Another was Kinsey Parsons, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

South Sevier pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
