Volleyball Recap: Affton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Orchard Farm on Friday, Affton came back down to earth. The Cougars came up short against the Lindbergh Flyers on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Flyers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Affton's loss dropped their record down to 9-18-1. As for Lindbergh, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 26-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Flyers beat Affton by a score of 3-0 on Wednesday.
