Anna Winter was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
Winter wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Abigail Bigelow, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Hudson Falls' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-4.
