Basketball Recap: Fountain-Fort Carson Takes a Loss

Fountain-Fort Carson came up into this matchup off a tough 20-point loss two weeks ago. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Douglas County Huskies by a score of 52-49 on Friday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Fountain-Fort Carson lost, don't look at Alex Rivera. Despite the final result, he went 5 of 12 en route to 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Termaine Shaw, who posted eight points and nine rebounds.
