Baseball Recap: North Decatur's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Decatur can now relate to. They came up short against the Knightstown Panthers on Monday, falling 24-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Chargers have suffered since May 13th.

Nolan Burkhart made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Grayson Downey, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs.
