Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hondo). They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Poteet Aggies on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Owls considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Hondo's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5-2. As for Poteet, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hondo has already played their next match (against Somerset), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Poteet will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Floresville at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th.
