Carlson waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Taylor Griffins. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-1 back in April.

Isabelle Salas was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three runs. Another player making a difference was Ava Vasas, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Carlson's win bumped their record up to 17-10. As for Taylor, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.

Coming up, Carlson will be playing at home against Huron at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Taylor, they are taking a road trip to face off against Riverview at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
