Enfield came out on top against Manchester on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run fifth inning. The Eagles took their matchup against the Red Hawks 5-1. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 5-3 victory the Red Hawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.

The win made it two in a row for Enfield and bumps their season record up to 3-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.5 runs over those games. As for Manchester, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-6.

Enfield didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-3 win against RHAM on the 23rd. As for Manchester, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-8 defeat against East Catholic on the 23rd.
