Rio Linda has gone a perfect 5-0 against Dixon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. Rio Linda will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Rio Linda had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt El Camino last Wednesday. The Knights blew past the Eagles 3-0.

Rio Linda never let El Camino on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Dixon lost 3-0 to Casa Roble last Wednesday. Dixon hasn't had much luck with Casa Roble recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-16, 25-18.

Rio Linda pushed their record up to 11-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Dixon, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.

Rio Linda came out on top in a nail-biter against Dixon in their previous meeting back in March, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
