Basketball Recap: Discovery Comes Up Short

Discovery lost against Cedar Shoals back in December of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Titans fell 59-53 to the Jaguars. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Discovery's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Cedar Shoals, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Discovery will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Collins Hill at 7:00 p.m. on December 5. As for Cedar Shoals, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Salem at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
