Baseball Recap: Watertown Purple Tigers vs. Smith County Owls
On Wednesday Watertown's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Smith County Owls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Tuesday.
Watertown's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Bo Price, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI. Those two RBI gave Price a new career-high.
