Soccer Recap: Siloam Springs Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Russellville

Siloam Springs faced Russellville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cyclones. Siloam Springs were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the seven matches prior), but Russellville's defense proved too tough.

Siloam Springs' loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4. As for Russellville, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 12-0-1.
