Howard put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Guilford Park Panther with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-4, 25-12, 25-21.

Mckenna Brown paced Howard's offense, picking up 14 kills. Brown got some help from Imagine Peltier and her 31 assists. Peltier also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jojo Vassor, each putting up two.

Howard's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Guilford Park, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Howard will take on Hammond at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Guilford Park, they will head out to take on Long Reach at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Panther are facing the Lightning at the right time seeing as the Lightning are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
