Basketball Game Preview: Stacey Eagles vs. Lytle Pirates

Stacey is 0-4 against Lytle since December of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pirates at 6:30 p.m. Stacey has given up an average of 49.8 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Stacey lost to Uvalde on the road by a 66-50 margin.

Meanwhile, Lytle came up short against Cole on Friday, falling 64-38. The game marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lytle's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Stacey, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Stacey took a serious blow against Lytle in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 72-18. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Eagles were down 37-7.
