Basketball Recap: Triplains/Brewster Comes Up Short

Triplains/Brewster was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 48-12 loss at the hands of the Greeley County Jackrabbits. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 54-26 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Triplains/Brewster's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Greeley County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Triplains/Brewster will head out on the road to challenge Western Plains at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Greeley County, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Quinter at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Quinter knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Greeley County likes a good challenge.
