Softball Recap: Twin Valley South Panthers vs. Bradford Railroaders

Twin Valley South extended their losing streak to six on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 5-9 in the process. They came up short against the Bradford Railroaders, falling 13-0. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 10-2 to the Railroaders when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Twin Valley South saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Paityn Cross, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

In other batting news, Lexi Clark was incredible, going 1-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Hayven Evans, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Twin Valley South will head out to square off against Fairlawn at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bradford, they will venture away from home to face off against Ansonia at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
