Soccer Recap: Bellingham Takes a Loss

Bellingham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Squalicum Storm. If Bellingham were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Squalicum when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bellingham's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-2. As for Squalicum, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bellingham will challenge rival Meridian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Squalicum is set to face off against their familiar foe Oak Harbor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
