Softball Recap: Warren Easton Takes a Loss

Warren Easton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 16-1 to St. Mary's Dominican. If the Fighting Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 15-0 to St. Mary's Dominican when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Warren Easton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for St. Mary's Dominican, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-6.

Coming up, Warren Easton will be playing in front of their home fans against McDonogh 35 at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Mary's Dominican, they will head out on the road to face off against Parkview Baptist at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Parkview Baptist will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something St. Mary's Dominican surely won't give up without a fight.
