Ridgefield is a perfect 10-0 against Woodland since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Spudders will venture away from home to face off against the Beavers at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Ridgefield and eight for Woodland.

On Monday, Ridgefield didn't have quite enough to beat Hockinson and fell 7-6.

Washougal hit Woodland with a six-run second inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Beavers lost 14-4 to the Panthers.

Woodland's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Ridgefield, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.

Ridgefield beat Woodland 7-2 in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Will the Spudders repeat their success, or do the Beavers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
