Softball Recap: Scott Beavers vs. Concordia Panthers

In what's become a running theme this season, Scott gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Concordia Panthers with a sharp 12-4 win. The victory was nothing new for Scott as they're now sitting on six straight.

Cheyenne Cramer spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and three unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in 11 consecutive pitching appearances.

At the plate, Piper Fox was a standout: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Malorie Cupp, who scored two runs while going 1-for-5.

On Concordia's side, Kenlee Williams made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with a home run.

Scott's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-3. As for Concordia, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-17.
