Calallen has gone 7-2 against King recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Calallen Wildcats will head out to take on the King Brahmas at 6:00 p.m. Calallen will be strutting in after a win while King will be coming in after a defeat.

On Monday, Calallen didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Sinton, but they still walked away with a 46-41 victory.

Meanwhile, King was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 38-29 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ingleside.

King's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Calallen, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Calallen was able to grind out a solid win over King when the teams last played back in February, winning 45-38. The rematch might be a little tougher for Calallen since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
