Softball Preview: Sumrall Bobcats vs. Poplarville Hornets
The Sumrall Bobcats will take on the Poplarville Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Sumrall will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
Sumrall had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt West Marion on Friday. The Bobcats never let the Trojans get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Bobcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.
