Ridgeline waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Spring Creek Spartans by a score of 51-40. The 51-point effort marked the Riverhawks' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Despite the defeat, Spring Creek saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Scott Bylund went 6 for 10 on his way to 15 points. The dominant performance also gave Bylund a new career-high in blocks (two). Snowdon Bear Williams was another key player, putting up eight points.

Ridgeline's win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Spring Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.

Ridgeline will venture away from home to face off against Clearfield at 2:30 p.m. on December 28th. Ridgeline is facing Clearfield at the right time seeing as Clearfield is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Spring Creek, they will be taking part in a tournament against Virgin Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
