Metro Tech posted their closest win since April 15, 2024 on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Maryvale Panthers, sneaking past 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Metro Tech was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 26-24, 17-25, 25-18, 15-10.

Metro Tech's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Maryvale, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 15-8.

Metro Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Maryvale, they will face off against Browne at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
