 McCallie stacked  a  sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They never let the Dalton Catamounts onto the board and left with  a   7-0  victory. The  win was just what McCallie needed coming off of  a  20-6 loss in their prior  match.
 Not much got past  Christopher Moore, who gave up just  three  hits and racked up 12 Ks to keep Dalton off the board. Moore also  posted 1  ERA for the first time this season.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Nick Gibson, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run and two  RBI.  David Sabo was another key contributor,  going 1-for-3 with a  home run.
 On Dalton's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Asher Renfroe, who  went 1-for-2 with a  triple.
 McCallie is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record  this season. As for Dalton, they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 5-15.
 McCallie will be playing in front of their home fans against Signal Mountain at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Signal Mountain will roll in looking for their  14th straight  victory, something McCallie surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dalton, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Heritage at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Dalton and Heritage are at an even 4-4-1 over their past nine head-to-heads.
