Basketball Recap: Trimble Tech Comes Up Short

Trimble Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a hard 32-18 fall against the North Side Steers. The Bulldogs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Steers earlier this season, when they won 39-38.

North Side got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Khloe Martinez out in front who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Natalie Pule, who put up six points.

Trimble Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for North Side, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trimble Tech will face off against rival South Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Side is set to take on their familiar foe Paschal at 7:30 p.m. on January 9th.
