Basketball Recap: Twin Valley Comes Up Short

Twin Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 40-26 to the Poultney Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-29 back in January.

Twin Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Poultney, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-10.

Looking ahead, Twin Valley will welcome Sharon Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Poultney, they will square off against Mt. St. Joseph Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
