 Pearce is 7-1 against Nimitz since May of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Pearce Mustangs will head out on the road to  face off against  the Nimitz Vikings at 7:15  p.m. Pearce will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
 Pearce scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They were the clear victor by  a  14-4 margin over Nimitz. Pearce's victory was all the more impressive since Nimitz was averaging only three runs allowed on the season.
 Pearce let  Nathan Berry and  Sam Kinder loose on the outfield. Berry  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with three  RBI and a  double, while  Kinder  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Rhett Sawyer, who  went 1-for-1 with two  RBI and a  double.
 Pearce has  been performing  well recently as they've  won four of their last five matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-13 record  this season. As for Nimitz, their defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 12-5-1.
