Soccer Recap: Oak Lawn Victorious

While Oak Lawn's win against Lindblom wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Spartans had just enough and edged out the Eagles 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Oak Lawn were the better team in the second half.

Jessica Fleitas and Addison O Donnell scored both of Oak Lawn's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Oak Lawn and bumps their season record up to 6-7-3. As for Lindblom, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oak Lawn will take on Blue Island Eisenhower at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lindblom, they will welcome Gage Park at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
