Softball Recap: Cajon Cowboys vs. Etiwanda Eagles

After flying high against Victor Valley on Wednesday, Cajon came back down to earth. The Cowboys lost 13-4 to the Etiwanda Eagles on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cowboys have suffered against the Eagles since March 12, 2022.

Ilene Garcia was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. Rylee Torres was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Cajon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Etiwanda, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.
