It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Logan/Palco can now relate to. They took a 56-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hanover Wildcats. Logan/Palco's defeat signaled the end of their undefeated season.

When it comes to explaining why Logan/Palco lost on Saturday, don't look at Rhett Kats. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double with 25 points and nine rebounds. Kats' big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Sparks, who posted nine points.

Braylon Meyn continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Hanover, putting up 23 points and seven boards. Meyn continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jack Bruna, who put up eight points.

Having lost for the first time this season, Logan/Palco fell to 20-1. As for Hanover, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-6.

Logan/Palco does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hanover, they will face off against Elyria Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Hanover's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 13 matchups.
