The win was some much needed relief for the Cavaliers as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

The victory got Calvary Baptist Academy back to even at 9-9. As for Parkway, they dropped their record down to 4-10-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Calvary Baptist Academy didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Rapides on the 17th. Parkway has also already played their next match, a 5-2 victory against North DeSoto on the 23rd.
