Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central fell victim to Oxford and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 21-0 to the Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 24-0 on Monday.

This is the second loss in a row for Central and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Oxford, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Oxford didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 win against Udall on the 7th. Hopefully Central payed attention to the Wildcats' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on the 10th.
