Soccer Game Preview: Big Spring vs. Abilene

The Big Spring Steers are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season. they will square off against the Abilene Eagles at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Friday just wasn't the day for Big Spring's offense. 2025 welcomed they with a 12-0 loss courtesy of Legacy on Friday. The Steers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Abilene kept a clean sheet against Lake Worth on Friday. They were the clear victor by an 8-0 margin over the Bullfrogs. The high-scoring effort was just what the Eagles needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

Big Spring's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Abilene, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
