Volleyball Recap: Appleton West Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Appleton West and De Pere squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Appleton West had to settle for second. They came up short against the Redbirds, falling 3-0. The Terrors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 25-13.

Appleton West's defeat dropped their record down to 2-26. As for De Pere, they moved to 23-18 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

Appleton West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for De Pere, they will take on Hortonville at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
