Beaufort is 9-1 against Colleton County since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Beaufort and 14 for Colleton County.

On Friday, Beaufort didn't have quite enough to beat Bluffton and fell 4-3.

Sellers Lynn made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Marion Simmons, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Colleton County's offense. They lost 9-0 to May River on Friday.

Beaufort's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Colleton County, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-17.
