Basketball Recap: Yoncalla Extends Winning Streak to Three

Yoncalla had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 55-47 win over the Mohawk Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Yoncalla now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Mohawk, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Yoncalla and North Lake will round out the year against one another at at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Yoncalla has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 186 points over their last three matchups. As for Mohawk, they will take on Glendale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
