Volleyball Recap: DSST: Cedar Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for DSST: Cedar, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They blew past the DMLK Panthers 3-0 on Tuesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-16.

DSST: Cedar found their leader in sophomore Jack Irwin, who had 22 assists and five aces.

DSST: Cedar was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since April 7th.

DSST: Cedar has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for DMLK, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-11.

Coming up, DSST: Cedar will head out to square off against Pueblo South at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. DMLK does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
