Gateway is 7-2 against Laurel Highlands since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Gators will be home for the holidays to greet the Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. Laurel Highlands took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Gateway, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Gateway was able to grind out a solid win over Greater Latrobe, taking the game 69-59.

Meanwhile, Laurel Highlands unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of McKeesport by a score of 54-52. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Mustangs have suffered against the Tigers since January 9, 2021.

The victory got Gateway back to even at 1-1. As for Laurel Highlands, their loss dropped their record down to 4-2.

Gateway didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Laurel Highlands in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 48-44 win.
