Volleyball Recap: Winston Salem Christian Finds Home Court Redemption Against Tri-City Christian

There's no place like home for Winston Salem Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against Tri-City Christian on Thursday as Winston Salem Christian made off with a 3-0 win.

Winston Salem Christian never let Tri-City Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 27-25.

Winston Salem Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Tri-City Christian, they dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Tri-City Christian will venture away from home to square off against NCSSM: Durham at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Winston Salem Christian will be paying especially close attention to Tri-City Christian's game: after Tri-City Christian faces off against NCSSM: Durham, they'll take on Winston Salem Christian again at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
