Whetstone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 69-51 bruising from the Mifflin Punchers. One positive for the Braves, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Mifflin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Chernor Jalloh out in front who posted 23 points. Another player making a difference was Kesahn Bouttry, who scored 18 points.

Whetstone's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mifflin, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2.

Whetstone does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mifflin, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
